Spring 2013---Miss Audrey's CRAZY slippers and her Talent Show Performance

Audrey makes me laugh because she LOVES all things sparkly, colorfully bright, and wildly printed when it comes to fashion...and her Mama is the complete opposite. I HAD to get this picture of her in her leopard printed, wildly fluffy slippers one lazy Sunday afternoon... :)

Audrey is also NOT like her Mama in another way. She has no problem doing anything in front of large crowds of people. She signed herself up to sing a duet with her friend Leena in the school talent show. They sang "Rollin in the Deep" and ROCKED it! I was blown away! And so was the audience!! I now have a teenage ROCKER in the house! Good job girly!

Audrey with her friend Debbie who did stand up comedy and had everyone roaring with laughter! She reminds me of a certain Lourdes I knew from my childhood.

Spring 2013---Austin is on the Tennis Team---Austin Plays Bassoon

Austin did really well on the tennis team this year, despite having a coach that didn't know a whole lot about
tennis!! And he LOVES his newest instrument...Bassoon.

Mormon Prom 2013---Austin & Tori

Austin turned 16 in February....which means he is old enough to date!! :) His good friend Tori Howard who is a Senior this year INSISTED that she be the one to go on Austin's FIRST date with him. So Austin's FIRST date was with his best buddy Tori (who is also HILARIOUS and pretty much brings a party with her where ever she goes). And they went to Mormon Prom! Gene and I could use some better picture taking skilz, but we'll try better next Prom..... :(

Spring 2013---Miss Audrey plays Lacrosse!

A Lacrosse fanatic came and talked to all the 7th graders at Audrey's Junior High trying to recruit
kids to play Lacrosse. Audrey came home begging to give it a try....here she is...and coach says she
is one of his BEST players! BTW...this is not a sport for wimps!

April 2013 Spring Break in St. Augustine, Florida

I (Sheri, the Mama of this family) had not been to St. Augustine, Florida (basically my 2nd home because I spent most of my family vacations there with my family when I was growing up) in 8 years! It was time for me to go back and take my hubby and kids with me.

We drove 13 hours from Cincinnati, Ohio...but broke it up into 2 days for William's benefit. The drive was
beautiful! Especially through Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina....lots of rolling hills, mountains, dogwoods blooming, and spring leaves on trees.

So, here is evidence of our WONDERFUL trip....
