My (our) SWEET Isaac turns 7! Really?? Already??? --Sept 18th

It really is hard to believe that Isaac is 7 already. But he is MORE than glad to be 7, in fact, he wishes he were 8! :) Lets not rush things is what I say..... We had a nice family party but invited some neighbors over for cake. Isaac requested Chinese food for his birthday because he loves General Saous (sp?) chicken. We LOVE our Isaac!!!

Back to School August 09'

Audrey and Isaac on their way to school! Everyone wore their BYU shirts (including William) on the first day of school! And Austin was out the door before I could get a pic of him...I know, I know...I'll do better next year! Maybe.

TENNIS--The Cincinnati Open August 09'

Gene has been teaching the kids how to play tennis since Spring and they all have really loved it! Even I (Sheri/Mom) got a few lessons... ;) So the kids were thrilled when Gene announced that he got free tickets to the Cincinnati Open to go watch some SERIOUS pros play. The pics show how AWESOME their seats were. Mom and William had to stay home because the "ticket-lady" messed up on our ticket order....but we WILL go next year!! They had so much fun.

A Poolside kind of SUMMER...

THANK GOODNESS for the pool in our neighborhood....it keeps Mom sane during the summer!! ;) There really is nothing like a pool to wear your kids out, all while they are having fun with their friends! And William got to be such a great swimmer this year that Mom even got to relax a little on the sidelines....next year will be even better!

July 4th 09

For our July 4th celebrations this year, we decided to go to Target and buy the biggest water guns we could find and just let the kids go at it. They loved it! William really loved it because the big kids let him in on all the fun.

UTAH TRIP-- Plane trip back home... :(

Can I just say that the Ahlborn children are GREAT fliers!! They LOVED being on the airplane coming AND going! So nice for the parents! :) PS You are getting the events of our Utah trip in backwards order...sorry!

UTAH TRIP--6th Order of B'ness--Hogi Yogi! :)

My kids love Hogi Yogi! So...we went! :) And a few others came with us...

Next up is the choclatiest face in Utah County, cousin Elle Broadhurst.


Here we have the HOTTEST couple in Logan, Utah (this papparazzi couldn't/wouldn't leave them alone while they tried to eat their yogurt), Aunt Jeremi & Uncle Preston Broadhurst...with their GORGEOUS Drew being shy of my camera. ;)

UTAH TRIP--5th Order of B'ness--Celebrate William's 3rd Birthday!

Willam's 3rd Birthday! Sunday June 14th! After going to Salt Lake City in the morning we went to lunch at Grandma Dottie and Grandpa Ernie's house (Dad's Mom & Dad) where we got to visit with most of the Ahlborn Aunts, Uncles and cousins...AND we celebrated Williams birthday with them too!

UTAH TRIP--4th Order of B'ness--Mormon Tabernacle Choir

On Sunday morning, June 14th, we decided to go to Temple Square in Salt Lake City to hear the broadcast of "Music and the Spoken Word" put on by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. It was amazing! To hear the MoTab live is really an amazing experience. But the highlight of the event was, once the performance/broadcast had ended, the announcer introduced some special guests, one of them being the Prophet, Thomas S. Monson!
