Isaac's 2nd Pinewood Derby Jan 2012

Isaac LOVES tennis...so this year he decided to do a tennis themed car for the Pinewood Derby...and it turned out SO GREAT!!

Somebody heard Audrey could sing the National Anthem...so she was asked to sing
it before the big race! :) It was AWESOME! Her singing buddies are Camille Nguyen and Ryan Ladle

Audrey and a few of her friends at school decided to tryout to sing the National Anthem at Xavier University. And they made the "cut!" She was so STINKIN excited and practiced for weeks and weeks. Below are the pics of the BIG DAY! :)

Audrey has a sleepover----Jan 2011

So...Audrey is turning the BIG 12 in February. We have been promising her for years that she could have a sleepover with all her friends for her 12th birthday. But there was a problem....she has too many friends! :) So we decided to do her "friend-sleep-over" in shifts....here is the first shift of friends that came over... Ya think they had a little fun with makeup? :)

We still LOVE our tradition of having Chinese for our Christmas Eve dinner...sure makes life simple and EVERYONE likes Chinese. We have a picky eater at our house that really dislikes the traditional turkey dinner...hopefully one day he'll find a girl to marry who sympathizes...we'll start praying now... :)

Gingerbread-housing with the Burke Family---Dec 2011

Katie & Chris Burke just moved into our neighborhood in the summer. They have 2 ADORABLE children AND they go to our church. Chris is one of our heroes because he played basketball for BYU!! :) ANYWAY...we had them come and make gingerbread houses with us just for fun...AND because we LIKE them! :)

Thanksgiving ----Nov 2011

We weren't great at taking pics at Thanksgiving this year. But we were GREAT at having FUN! We went and saw the Muppet Movie, went lazer tagging, mini bowling, and arcading. AND Dad made us THE best bacon wrapped, mustard glazed turkey...YUMO...we sure are THANKFUL for that guy! ;)

Audrey goes horse-back-riding with her Activity Day Girls--Nov 2011

In November of 2011 Audrey got the opportunity to go horseback riding with her Activity Day Girls (group from church). She LOVED it! Several of the girls were VERY nervous, but NOT our girl! And because she was so confident she got to be the leader w/ her horse as they went down the horse trail. Way to 2 go Audrey!
