Austin's 6th Grade Band Concert
Austin has been learning to play the alto sax this year. He has picked it up rather quickly and is doing so well!! At his end of the year band concert, while all the soloists played "Mary Had A Little Lamb" and other very basic songs...Austin played the theme to Star Wars!! The audience stood and clapped and whistled at the end of his solo performance...and all his buddies stood up to high-5 him on his way back to his seat...and his family was SOOOOOO proud! He also tried out for "Jazz Band" for next year at Jr. High and made it! At the tryouts the teacher asked if he had been taking lessons from a professional....no he hasn't...:) Here is our musical genious before the concert!

Awesome Austin!!! He is just the most amazing kid. Like I have said he is going to make an amazing president one day!! Can't wait.
Sooooo AWESOME!! Allias is in his middle school band as well. He plays clarinet. Rehearsals for high school marching band started this week and he is LOVING it. Tell Austin to keep up the good work!
